White Choc Pistachio Tarts
Ingredients
- 4 medjool dates
- 1 tbs hemp flour
- 2 tbs almond meal
- 2 tbs pistachios
- 1 tbs tahini
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Preparation
Mix crust ingredients in a blender until a thick dough forms. Press into tart moulds
I baked mine in the oven at 180°c for 12 minutes but you could totally have these raw
Put in the fridge to cool
For the filling: 40g vegan white chocolate, 1 tbs coconut cream, 1 tsp coconut oil, pistachios (for topping).
Melt your chocolate and then stir through coconut cream and oil. Pour into cooled crusts and sprinkle pistachios on top
Store in the fridge
