White Choc Pistachio Tarts

Ingredients

  • 4 medjool dates
  • 1 tbs hemp flour
  • 2 tbs almond meal
  • 2 tbs pistachios
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Mix crust ingredients in a blender until a thick dough forms. Press into tart moulds

  2. I baked mine in the oven at 180°c for 12 minutes but you could totally have these raw

  3. Put in the fridge to cool

  4. For the filling: 40g vegan white chocolate, 1 tbs coconut cream, 1 tsp coconut oil, pistachios (for topping).

  5. Melt your chocolate and then stir through coconut cream and oil. Pour into cooled crusts and sprinkle pistachios on top

  6. Store in the fridge
