Dalgona Coffee
Ingredients
- equal parts of instant coffee
- hot water and sugar
- hot milk or cold milk with ice
Preparation
Place equal parts of instant coffee, hot water and sugar in a bowl
I used 4 tablespoons of each to make these 2)
Whisk together by hand or machine until it forms a thick, suprisingly robust foam
Pour or spoon the foam over hot milk or cold milk with ice - i used almond milk
Sip and enjoy! it’s that simple!
