Hot Chocolate Ice Lollies with a Low Carb Twist

Ingredients

  • 500ml Almond Milk
  • 4 tablespoons @ohmega_nutbutters salted caramel almond butter
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons erythritol
  • 2 – 3 cardamom pods, bruised
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients.

  2. Simmer the mixture for 15 minutes until thick.

  3. Remove the cardamom pods and cinnamon stick.

  4. Pour the mixture into ice lolly molds.

  5. Freeze until firm.
