Hot Chocolate Ice Lollies with a Low Carb Twist
Ingredients
- 500ml Almond Milk
- 4 tablespoons @ohmega_nutbutters salted caramel almond butter
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons erythritol
- 2 – 3 cardamom pods, bruised
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation
In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients.
Simmer the mixture for 15 minutes until thick.
Remove the cardamom pods and cinnamon stick.
Pour the mixture into ice lolly molds.
Freeze until firm.
