Matcha Green Goddess Morning Juice
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 3 tsp matcha powder
- 4 stalks celery
- 300 ml plant-based milk
- Handful of pineapple
- 1/4 cucumber
Preparation
Wash and core the apples, then cut them into chunks.
In a blender, combine the apple chunks, matcha powder, celery, plant-based milk, pineapple, and cucumber.
Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
If desired, you can either enjoy the mixture as a smoothie or strain it through a nut milk bag for a finer consistency.
Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately.
