Matcha Green Goddess Morning Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 3 tsp matcha powder
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 300 ml plant-based milk
  • Handful of pineapple
  • 1/4 cucumber

Preparation

  1. Wash and core the apples, then cut them into chunks.

  2. In a blender, combine the apple chunks, matcha powder, celery, plant-based milk, pineapple, and cucumber.

  3. Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.

  4. If desired, you can either enjoy the mixture as a smoothie or strain it through a nut milk bag for a finer consistency.

  5. Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately.
