Whipped Dalgona Coffee with Creamy Foam

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons hot water
  • Almond milk or preferred milk

Preparation

  1. Place equal parts instant coffee, hot water, and sugar in a bowl. For example, use 4 tablespoons of each to make two servings.

  2. Whisk together by hand or with a machine until it forms a thick, surprisingly robust foam.

  3. Pour or spoon the foam over hot milk or cold milk with ice. Almond milk was used here.

  4. Sip and enjoy! It’s that simple.
