Whipped Dalgona Coffee with Creamy Foam
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons instant coffee
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons hot water
- Almond milk or preferred milk
Preparation
Place equal parts instant coffee, hot water, and sugar in a bowl. For example, use 4 tablespoons of each to make two servings.
Whisk together by hand or with a machine until it forms a thick, surprisingly robust foam.
Pour or spoon the foam over hot milk or cold milk with ice. Almond milk was used here.
