Coconut Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • Coconut milk
  • Julian Bakery pumpkin seed vanilla protein
  • Heaping spoon of Trader Joe's raw almond butter
  • 1/4 cup frozen organic raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • Maca powder
  • Cinnamon

Toppings

  • Forager Project plain cashew yogurt
  • Paleonola grain free chocolate fix granola
  • Shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings
