Post-Workout Sweet Potato and Thin Mint Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup pre roasted then frozen Japanese Sweet Potatoes
- 1 handful frozen cucumber
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut water or filtered water
- 1 inch aloe vera
- 1 scoop protein powder
- sea salt
- cinnamon
- Optional: hyperbiotics prebiotics
Thin mint
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 1/2 date
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 sprig fresh mint
- 1 tsp barley grass powder
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 3/4 cup coconut or filtered water
Toppings
- hukitchen vanilla bean cashews
- kitchfix paleo granola
Preparation
Blend all sweet potato smoothie ingredients until smooth
Blend all thin mint smoothie ingredients until smooth
Add toppings to the blended smoothies
