Post-Workout Sweet Potato and Thin Mint Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pre roasted then frozen Japanese Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 handful frozen cucumber
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut water or filtered water
  • 1 inch aloe vera
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • sea salt
  • cinnamon
  • Optional: hyperbiotics prebiotics

Thin mint

  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 date
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 sprig fresh mint
  • 1 tsp barley grass powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 3/4 cup coconut or filtered water

Toppings

  • hukitchen vanilla bean cashews
  • kitchfix paleo granola

Preparation

  1. Blend all sweet potato smoothie ingredients until smooth

  2. Blend all thin mint smoothie ingredients until smooth

  3. Add toppings to the blended smoothies
