- 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 small orange
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 tsp barley grass powder
- 1 tsp spirulina
- cilantro
- aloe vera
- turmeric
- ashwaghanda
- hyperbiotics prebiotics
- plant protein
