Everything But the Kitchen Sink Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1/2 cup frozen cucumber
  • 1/4 cup frozen Japanese sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 small handful red grapes
  • 1 inch Aloe Vera
  • 1 tsp barley grass powder
  • 1 scoop protein
  • pinch of sea salt

Optional add-ins

  • Vital Proteins
  • Hyperbiotics prebiotics
  • Adaptogens of choice

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until creamy.

  2. Top with coconut, raspberries, extra dark chocolate, and almond butter.
