Everything But the Kitchen Sink Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- 2 tbsp coconut milk (full fat)
- 1/2 cup frozen cucumber
- 1/4 cup frozen Japanese sweet potatoes
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 small handful red grapes
- 1 inch Aloe Vera
- 1 tsp barley grass powder
- 1 scoop protein
- pinch of sea salt
Optional add-ins
- Vital Proteins
- Hyperbiotics prebiotics
- Adaptogens of choice
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until creamy.
Top with coconut, raspberries, extra dark chocolate, and almond butter.
