Quick Chocolate Smoothie for Post-Workout

Ingredients

  • frozen cauliflower (previously microwaved or steamed)
  • 1/2 frozen avocado
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • scoop of missfitsnutrition chocolate protein
  • stick of celery
  • slice of cucumber
  • Tbsp cacao powder
  • Tsp nuzest_europe greens powder
  • Tsp sweetfreedomuk choc shot
  • alpro almond milk
  • yumandyay flaxseed
  • handful of ice
  • missfitsnutrition choc orange protein balls (for topping)
  • choc shot (for topping)
  • puffed buckwheat (for topping)
  • berries (for topping)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the cauliflower by microwaving or steaming it until soft, then freeze it in advance.

  2. In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the toppings and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

  4. Top with choc orange protein balls, choc shot, puffed buckwheat, and berries.
