Quick Chocolate Smoothie for Post-Workout
Ingredients
- frozen cauliflower (previously microwaved or steamed)
- 1/2 frozen avocado
- 1/2 frozen banana
- scoop of missfitsnutrition chocolate protein
- stick of celery
- slice of cucumber
- Tbsp cacao powder
- Tsp nuzest_europe greens powder
- Tsp sweetfreedomuk choc shot
- alpro almond milk
- yumandyay flaxseed
- handful of ice
- missfitsnutrition choc orange protein balls (for topping)
- choc shot (for topping)
- puffed buckwheat (for topping)
- berries (for topping)
Preparation
Prepare the cauliflower by microwaving or steaming it until soft, then freeze it in advance.
In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the toppings and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Top with choc orange protein balls, choc shot, puffed buckwheat, and berries.
