Green Power Juice with Veggies and Ginger
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 2 celery stocks
- 1 cube of ginger (about 1 tbsp)
- 1 apple
- 1 large handful of spinach
- A pinch of turmeric
Preparation
Aim for at least 2 veggies per 1 fruit for balanced juicing.
Wash all the produce thoroughly.
Place the washed produce into a juicer.
Extract the juice using a juicer like Breville.
Enjoy the juice immediately.
