Green Power Juice with Veggies and Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 celery stocks
  • 1 cube of ginger (about 1 tbsp)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 large handful of spinach
  • A pinch of turmeric

Preparation

  1. Aim for at least 2 veggies per 1 fruit for balanced juicing.

  2. Wash all the produce thoroughly.

  3. Place the washed produce into a juicer.

  4. Extract the juice using a juicer like Breville.

  5. Enjoy the juice immediately.
