Green Smoothie with Spirulina and Fresh Produce
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 green apples, cores removed and sliced
- 2 small handfuls of spinach
- 4 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 2 tbsp parsley, loosely packed
- 1 tbsp SpiraVeg fresh spirulina
- Juice from 1 small lemon
- 1” piece of ginger
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk of your choice
- 3 ice cubes
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Then stir in the fresh spirulina to keep the cells intact.
