Green Smoothie with Spirulina and Fresh Produce

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 green apples, cores removed and sliced
  • 2 small handfuls of spinach
  • 4 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp parsley, loosely packed
  • 1 tbsp SpiraVeg fresh spirulina
  • Juice from 1 small lemon
  • 1” piece of ginger
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk of your choice
  • 3 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Then stir in the fresh spirulina to keep the cells intact.
