Holiday Inspired Banana Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 3/4 - 1 cup light coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 1 cup spinach or chopped kale
  • 1 tbsp SpiraVeg Fresh Spirulina
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds (optional, but recommended for a protein boost)

Preparation

  1. Add banana, cucumber, coconut milk, spinach and hemp seeds to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy.

  2. Once blended, gently stir in SpiraVeg Fresh Spirulina and top with fresh blueberries, granola and more hemp seeds.

  3. Enjoy!
