Holiday Inspired Banana Cucumber Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 3/4 - 1 cup light coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 1 cup spinach or chopped kale
- 1 tbsp SpiraVeg Fresh Spirulina
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds (optional, but recommended for a protein boost)
Preparation
Add banana, cucumber, coconut milk, spinach and hemp seeds to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy.
Once blended, gently stir in SpiraVeg Fresh Spirulina and top with fresh blueberries, granola and more hemp seeds.
