Healthy Morning Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 big handful of spinach
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 3/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tsp green spirulina
  • 1/2 fresh avocado
  • 1 tsp ground flax
  • 1/2 large, peeled cucumber
  • 1 big tbsp of the alkalizing blend from @unicornsuperfoods

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
