Iced Coffee
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp instant coffee @beaniescoffee
- 1 tbsp hot chocolate powder (optional)
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp hot water
Preparation
Ice and plant milk for the glass
Mix the coffee, sugar, water and chocolate powder if using together with an electric whisk and beat until it holds its shape. Beware: this will take longer than you ever thought possible
Put ice and milk (I used @alpro soya) into the glass and top with the whipped coffee
