Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • - 3/4 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk - 1/3 c nonfat plain Greek Yogurt - 1/2 c pumpkin purée - 1 frozen banana - 1/2 c frozen cauliflower rice - 1 scoop chocolate protein powder + 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (can also just do 2 scoops of one type)
  • - 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Topped w| granola, cacao nibs, chia seeds, and peanut butter
