Refreshing Mango Lassi Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen ripe mango
  • 1/2 to 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup plain unsweetened coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (plus more to taste)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons coconut or agave nectar (optional, if mango isn’t sweet enough)

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients on high until creamy and smooth.

  2. Adjust sweetness to taste if necessary.

  3. Pour into tall glasses or bamboo cups.

  4. Swirl in an extra spoonful of coconut yoghurt.

Tips

  1. Serve with a bamboo straw for sustainable sipping.
