Sunrise Latte with Turmeric Spices

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk (oat or soy)

  • rose petals

Preparation

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm
