Turmeric Latte with Cinnamon and Honey
Ingredients
- 2 turmeric tea bags
- 1 cup milk (cow or oat for creaminess)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
Add 2 tea bags to one cup of water and allow the tea to infuse for 6 to 12 hours in the fridge.
Remove the tea bags and blend the tea with the other ingredients until smooth.
Enjoy this tea hot or cold, served over ice cubes for a summery health kick.
