Turmeric Latte with Cinnamon and Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 turmeric tea bags
  • 1 cup milk (cow or oat for creaminess)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation

  1. Add 2 tea bags to one cup of water and allow the tea to infuse for 6 to 12 hours in the fridge.

  2. Remove the tea bags and blend the tea with the other ingredients until smooth.

  3. Enjoy this tea hot or cold, served over ice cubes for a summery health kick.
