Thick Matcha Banana Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 100 grams of Greek Yoghurt
- 100 grams of frozen banana
- 1 scoop of Matcha Latte protein (or any flavor)
- 1 teaspoon of Matcha
- 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum
- Splash of water
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor
Blend until smooth and thick consistency is achieved

Using a processor or immersion blender instead of a regular blender helps achieve a thicker consistency without adding excess liquid
