Thick Matcha Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of Greek Yoghurt
  • 100 grams of frozen banana
  • 1 scoop of Matcha Latte protein (or any flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon of Matcha
  • 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum
  • Splash of water

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor

  2. Blend until smooth and thick consistency is achieved

Tips

  1. Using a processor or immersion blender instead of a regular blender helps achieve a thicker consistency without adding excess liquid
