Vitamin C Rich Amla Shots

Ingredients

  • 10-12 raw gooseberries
  • A small piece of ginger
  • Some salt
  • Roasted cumin seeds powder
  • 1 teaspoon jaggery
  • Some mint leaves
  • Some water

Preparation

  1. Place 10-12 raw gooseberries in a mixer jar.

  2. Add a small piece of ginger.

  3. Add some salt and roasted cumin seeds powder.

  4. Add 1 teaspoon of jaggery.

  5. Add some mint leaves and a bit of water.

  6. Blend in the mixer until smooth.

  7. Strain the mixture if using a mixer jar; no need if using a juicer.

  8. Serve in shot glasses and sprinkle with roasted cumin seeds powder.
