Fruit-Filled Sangria Popsicles

Ingredients

  • moscato (1 bottle)
  • vodka (1/3 cup)
  • chopped fruit (2 cups) -try strawberries, peaches, blueberries and apples
  • strawberry syrup (1/2 cup)
  • lemons ( 2 - medium sized)
  • orange liqueur (1/3 cup)
  • materials:
  • ice pop moulds or 3-ounce paper cups
  • ice pop sticks
  • pitcher or mixing bowl

Preparation

  1. Add syrup, moscato, orange liqueur, vodka and a juice from a lemon in a large container

  2. Add thin halves of the second lemon and chopped fruits of your choice to the container

  3. After mixing, pour into 3 -ounce paper cups or ice moulds and freeze until it starts to form a layer of ice

  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until hardened (roughly 3 hours)
