Mango Sorbet

Ingredients

500g frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tsp lime juice could sub lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender until a smooth consistency forms

  2. If you don’t have a high speed blender split the ingredients into half and blitz one half until smooth remove , then add the half until smooth

  3. Add mixture into smaller jars with lids (jam/nut butter jars reused work well)

  4. Or if you don’t have this you can place the mixture into a loaf tin, cover with cling film

  5. Place the sorbet into the freezer, 2 hours it will be ready to enjoy

  6. Keep it in the freezer until you want enjoy, leave it out for 3/4 minutes then get stuck in
