Vegan Chocolate Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 3 tablespoons Cacao Kids, Okami Bio
Topping
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cacao 100%, Okami Bio
- roasted hazelnuts
- chocolate chips
Preparation
The night before, cut the 3 bananas into slices and leave them in a bag in the freezer
In a powerful processor, put the frozen banana slices and mix until you get an ice cream with a creamy consistency
Add the Cacao Kids powder and mix again
Your chocolate ice cream is ready
Topping
In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of agave or maple syrup and 1/2 teaspoon of dark cacao, then stir with a spoon
Pour this topping on top of the ice cream
Add some roasted hazelnuts and chocolate chips
