Vegan Chocolate Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 3 tablespoons Cacao Kids, Okami Bio

Topping

  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cacao 100%, Okami Bio
  • roasted hazelnuts
  • chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. The night before, cut the 3 bananas into slices and leave them in a bag in the freezer

  2. In a powerful processor, put the frozen banana slices and mix until you get an ice cream with a creamy consistency

  3. Add the Cacao Kids powder and mix again

  4. Your chocolate ice cream is ready

Topping

  1. In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of agave or maple syrup and 1/2 teaspoon of dark cacao, then stir with a spoon

  2. Pour this topping on top of the ice cream

  3. Add some roasted hazelnuts and chocolate chips
