  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 dessert spoon of cacao powder
  • 1 dessert spoon of raspberry chia jam @naturesheartsuperfoods
  • 1 tsp of cashew butter

  • 1 tsp of black maca powder @indigo_herbs
  • 150 ml of @rebel_kitchen milk
