Ingredients

  • 25g of oats
  • 5g of chia or flax seeds
  • 20g of whey protein
  • 100g of quark
  • berries

Preparation

  1. Let the oats + seeds soak in water for 15 min. Then add protein and quark. Mix well. Top off with berries.
