Ingredients

  • spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded pecorino cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp tbsp black pepper

Preparation

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add salt & cook spaghetti {consider getting fresh pasta where possible} until al dente {1 min less than the package says}; meanwhile combine 1/3 cup boiling water + 1/2 cup finely shredded pecorino cheese + 1/2 tbsp tbsp black pepper; whisk together until well combined; add cooked noodles to bowl & toss with tongs for about 2 mins; divide into two bowls & DONE ✅ Option to serve with a simple green salad for extra nutrients
