Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tbs sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 5 drops vanilla flavor drops @womensbest
  • 100 grams dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Blitz oats and sunflower seeds for 3 seconds, add raspberries, coconut, maple syrup and vanilla drops and blitz until well combined

  2. Line a loaf pan with baking paper, then press mixture firmly and pop in the freezer to set

  3. Allow to set until hard as this will make coating the pieces with chocolate easier

  4. Cut into pieces and pop them back in the freezer while melting the chocolate

  5. Line a tray with baking paper, once pieces have set, begin to melt chocolate

  6. Using two forks, lower pieces into melted chocolate and coat well

  7. Quickly tap off excess chocolate, place on tray, then pop back in freezer to set

  8. Keep them stored in the freezer and enjoy when those sugar cravings creep up!
