Sauté (lots of) finely chopped garlic in a pan for about 30 seconds with some good quality olive oil.... if you're watching the calories not too much oil but it does make a delicious sauce if you have a couple of tablespoons. Be careful not to let the garlic burn. Use as much garlic as you like, I say the more the merrier
Next add some thinly sliced red chilli ?, the raw prawns (I used 500gms) or paneer or tofu cubes and toss in the garlicky oil for a few minutes
When the prawns turn pink add a little salt, and about 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika powder. This gives this dish the rich smokey taste
