Gambas Pil Pil

Ingredients

  • Sauté (lots of) finely chopped garlic in a pan for about 30 seconds with some good quality olive oil.... if you're watching the calories not too much oil but it does make a delicious sauce if you have a couple of tablespoons. Be careful not to let the garlic burn. Use as much garlic as you like, I say the more the merrier
  • Next add some thinly sliced red chilli ?, the raw prawns (I used 500gms) or paneer or tofu cubes and toss in the garlicky oil for a few minutes
  • When the prawns turn pink add a little salt, and about 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika powder. This gives this dish the rich smokey taste
  • That's it! Super easy
