Green Bean Carrot Potato Stew
Ingredients
- 500 grams fresh green beans
- 2 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 1 onion
- Oil
- Sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Black pepper
- Red pepper powder
- Salt
- Boiling water
Preparation
Heat oil in a pot and sauté the onion until softened.
Add green beans, carrots, potatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, tomato paste, black pepper, red pepper powder, and salt.
Pour in boiling water, cover, and simmer until vegetables are tender.
