Green Bean Carrot Potato Stew

Ingredients

  • 500 grams fresh green beans
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • Oil
  • Sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Boiling water

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the onion until softened.

  2. Add green beans, carrots, potatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, tomato paste, black pepper, red pepper powder, and salt.

  3. Pour in boiling water, cover, and simmer until vegetables are tender.
