I made the stir fry by cooking 1/3 of a block of diced tempeh in a sauté pan with 1/4 cup water. Cook tempeh until water disappears and then add in miso sauce (whisk together 1/2 tsp miso
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
pinch of salt and 3 tbsp water)
zucchini
fresh broccoli (small diced size). Sauté on a low heat to cook veggies down. Add in bell pepper last when liquid is almost gone. Continue cooking until all liquid is absorbed. Top with everything but the bagel seasoning
