  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • pinch of salt and 3 tbsp water)
  • zucchini
  • fresh broccoli (small diced size). Sauté on a low heat to cook veggies down. Add in bell pepper last when liquid is almost gone. Continue cooking until all liquid is absorbed. Top with everything but the bagel seasoning
