Vegan Fritas
Ingredients
- Broccoli 1, diced small pieces
- Red pepper 1/2, diced
- Tinned sweetcorn 80g
- Spring onions 3, chopped
- Red chilli 1, diced
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Coriander handful
- Paprika 2 tsp
- Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt large pinch
- Pepper large pinch
- Chickpea flower 125g
- Water 150ml
Preparation
Mix all above ingredients together into a bowl When all is mixed together you can take the dough and make like hamburgers with your hands and put them into the pan Then fry in pan on one side for 5-8min and then fry 5-8 min on the other side
