Vegan Mushroom Stroganoff


  • 150 grs ada’s vegan spread
  • 400 grs of sliced mushrooms
  • 250 grs of tagliatelle
  • 1 chopped small onion
  • 1 minced clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1/2 tbsp of mustard
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Cook the Tagliatelle in a large pot, based on the instructions written on its package

  2. In a large skillet, on medium heat, put the Olive Oil and chopped Onions and sauté until the onions start turning brown

  3. Add in the sliced Mushrooms and Minced garlic and cook till mushrooms are softer and have released their juices

  4. Add in some flour and mix the mushrooms with the flour for around a minute

  5. Add in the Vegetable Broth, and keep stirring until it’s all combined

  6. Add in the Soy Sauce and mustard

  7. Add in Ada’s Vegan Spread and simmer until the whole sauce thickens

  8. Add in Salt and Black Pepper

  9. Mix with Pasta and serve hot
