Vegan Nourish Bowl with Air Fryer Tofu

Ingredients

  • Basmati rice
  • Tofu
  • Avocado
  • Asparagus
  • Tomatoes
  • Sesame seeds

Tofu sauce

  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp corn starch

Preparation

  1. Cook Basmati rice according to package instructions

  2. Preheat air fryer to 200°C

  3. Air fry tofu at 200°C for 5 minutes

  4. In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp tamari, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 3 tbsp water, and 1 tsp corn starch to make the sauce

  5. Stir fry the air-fried tofu with the sauce for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens

  6. Prepare asparagus, avocado, and tomatoes by washing and chopping as desired

  7. Assemble the bowl by layering cooked rice, tofu, prepared vegetables, and topping with sesame seeds
