Tahini Is Like Sophisticated Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almondmilk⠀
  • 2 bananas⠀
  • 1/4 cup tahini⠀
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon⠀
  • vegan cool whip, for serving⠀
  • crushed gluten free cookie, for serving⠀
  • strawberries, for serving⠀

Preparation

  1. Pour 1

  2. Cups almondmilk into an empty ice-cube tray; freeze 4 hours or overnight

  3. When ready to make the milkshake, pour the remaining half cup almond milk into a high speedblender, followed by the bananas, cinnamon and tahini

  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes

  5. Divide evenly among two glasses and top with cool whip, crushed cookies and strawberries, if desired
