Five Muffins

Ingredients

  • For four/ five muffins ? Preheat your oven to 180
  • 1 banana, 1/4 heaped cup of solid coconut oil (then melted), a couple of drops of monk fruit sweetener (OR a small spoonful of honey, maple syrup or stevia), 2 eggs. ✨ Mash your banana and combine all the ingredients above in a bowl, mix well
  • Dry: 1.5 cups of almond flour, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 2 tbsp of cacao powder, salt, a small handful of 100% chocolate chunks

Preparation

  1. Mix in all the dry ingredients and spoon into muffin cases, baking for 25 minutes
