Addicted to dates

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter⁣
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup⁣
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (solid)⁣
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt or himalayan pink salt⁣
  • 1+1/2 tsp ground ginger⁣
  • 1+1/2 tsp ground cinnamon⁣
  • 1/4 tsp allspice (pimento)⁣
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves⁣
  • course sea salt for garnish⁣

Preparation

  1. Simply add all of the ingredients to your food processor and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth. Be careful not to over-blend as the mixture could separate.⁣

  2. Add the fudge to a small baking dish or lunch box lined with parchment paper and freeze for 4 hours⁣

  3. Once set, cut into bite sized cubes and sprinkle with course sea salt to taste.⁣

  4. This fudge stores best in the freezer and can be eaten straight from there or left to thaw for a few minutes first.⁣
