Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of coffee coconut protein
  • caramelized bananas (just slice a banana into circles then cover with cinnamon, toss in a pan over low heat with ghee for about a min on each side)
  • granola
  • plain yogurt with cinnamon
  • warmed blueberries
