Cabbage Tomato Oats Dosa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mix veggies ( i used tomato, cabbage green chillies and ginger)
  • 1 cup oats
  • 3/4th cup sooji

Preparation

  1. Blend everything into smooth dosa batter consistency may be still little thin batter add in some salt and cumin seeds blend it well

  2. Take the batter into a bowl check for consistency and you are ready to make dosas
