Creamy Chocolate Porridge, Redcurrant & Blackcurrant Compote, Toasted Coconut Flakes and Ginger-Spiced Dark Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats⠀⠀
  • 2 cup water⠀⠀
  • 1 cup coconut milk @plenishdrinks⠀⠀
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein ⠀⠀
  • 5 tbsp cacao powder ⠀⠀
  • 1 tbsp maca ⠀

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer on a low heat for about 5 mins until desired consistency is reached. ⠀

  2. To make the compote, simmer 1/4 cup frozen/fresh berries or currants with a splash of water, a squeeze of lemon juice and an optional dash of maple syrup!⠀
