Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 cup oatmilk / water
- 1/3 mashed banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- cinnamon
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and leave in fridge for at least 30mins
Topped w/ defrosted blueberries, banana bread bites, granola, bee pollen & cashew almond butter
