Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup oatmilk / water
  • 1/3 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and leave in fridge for at least 30mins

  2. Topped w/ defrosted blueberries, banana bread bites, granola, bee pollen & cashew almond butter
