  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 3/4 apple
  • 40 grams of oats
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins
  • a dash of cinnamon
  • toppings: cinnamon, shredded coconut, mulberries, some nuts, cacao nibs and peanut butter
