- 30 grams of quinoa
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 3/4 apple
- 40 grams of oats
- 1 tablespoon of raisins
- a dash of cinnamon
- toppings: cinnamon, shredded coconut, mulberries, some nuts, cacao nibs and peanut butter
