Salted Caramel Overnight Probiotic Bircher

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp muesli or oats
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 125ml bottle salted caramel @biomel.life probiotic drink
  • 3 tbsp plain soya yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl or a container. Stir to combine then leave in the fridge to soak overnight and serve straight from the fridge

  2. Tip: top with your favourite fruit and/or nuts before serving. I often opt in for peanut
