Spooky Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 2 cups milk ? of choice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons linseeds
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients and cook on a medium heat for a few minutes until you have a thick porridge

  2. Eat this as it is or leave it to cook to turn into cookies

  3. Once cooled down, mash 1 banana ? & stir into the mix

  4. Take 2 heaped tablespoons at a time and make small rounds onto a baking tray/paper (makes about 12-14)

  5. Bake in over at 170’C (fan) for about 30minutes until dry & just browning

  6. They will be soft & chewy and keep in fridge for a few days - if they last that long

  7. Decorated with dark chocolate
