Spooky Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oats
- 2 cups milk ? of choice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons linseeds
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients and cook on a medium heat for a few minutes until you have a thick porridge
Eat this as it is or leave it to cook to turn into cookies
Once cooled down, mash 1 banana ? & stir into the mix
Take 2 heaped tablespoons at a time and make small rounds onto a baking tray/paper (makes about 12-14)
Bake in over at 170’C (fan) for about 30minutes until dry & just browning
They will be soft & chewy and keep in fridge for a few days - if they last that long
Decorated with dark chocolate
