  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup milk oof choice
  • 1 scoop of protein powder of choice (i used pea protein)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 -2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt
