Vegan Cherry “Müller Corner” with Easy Homemade Chocolate Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients

  • 150g @nushfoods natural almond milk yoghurt
  • 15ml @sweetfreedomuk cinnamon syrup
  • granola:
  • 40g @momafoods jumbo porridge oats
  • 15ml @sweetfreedomuk choc shot
  • 5ml @naturya coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 tsp @organicburst true cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius

  2. In a bowl, mix together the choc shot & coconut oil

  3. Add in the cinnamon and salt and mix again

  4. Finally add in the oats and coat them with the mixture

  5. Bake for 10-15 mins on a lined baking tray

  6. Allow to cool

  7. Heat the cherries and cinnamon syrup on a pan or in the microwave until softened

  8. Once soft, mash the cherries using a fork

  9. Allow to cool

  10. Once cooled, mix the softened cherries and some of the cherry syrup into the yoghurt

  11. Top with the granola, choc shot & granola
