Vegan Cherry “Müller Corner” with Easy Homemade Chocolate Cinnamon Granola
Ingredients
- 150g @nushfoods natural almond milk yoghurt
- 15ml @sweetfreedomuk cinnamon syrup
- granola:
- 40g @momafoods jumbo porridge oats
- 15ml @sweetfreedomuk choc shot
- 5ml @naturya coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 tsp @organicburst true cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
In a bowl, mix together the choc shot & coconut oil
Add in the cinnamon and salt and mix again
Finally add in the oats and coat them with the mixture
Bake for 10-15 mins on a lined baking tray
Allow to cool
Heat the cherries and cinnamon syrup on a pan or in the microwave until softened
Once soft, mash the cherries using a fork
Allow to cool
Once cooled, mix the softened cherries and some of the cherry syrup into the yoghurt
Top with the granola, choc shot & granola
