Autumn Harvest Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbls baking powder
- 1 tsp pure elderberry powder @suncorefoods “garnet elderberry”
- combine, set aside. now in a separate bowl combine
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 tbl apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
Preparation
If you want fluffy pancakes, once mixed don’t touch! Let rest and no more stirring! Only scoop what you need for each pancake!
When ready to cook place vegan butter in pan, once heated to medium place your sliced apple and allow to soften slightly. Now using a large scoop place two scoops over your apple. Cook until bubbles appear and no longer looks wet, flip
