Banana Bread Pancakes with Chocolate & Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 1 egg/1 flax egg
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Pinch of baking powder
- Dark chocolate
- Bananas
- Yogurt
Preparation
Prepare the pancake batter by beating the egg and mashing the banana with a fork.
In a bowl, mix the mashed banana, beaten egg, flour, and baking powder until well combined.
Heat a non-stick pan and, if desired, add a tiny amount of coconut oil for frying.
Use a spoon to pour the batter onto the pan, forming small pancakes.
Sprinkle some chocolate pieces on top of each pancake.
Cook each side until they turn golden-brown.
Transfer the cooked pancakes onto a plate.
Serve the pancakes with your favorite yogurt and some banana coins.
