Banana Bread Pancakes with Chocolate & Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 egg/1 flax egg
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Pinch of baking powder
  • Dark chocolate
  • Bananas
  • Yogurt

Preparation

  1. Prepare the pancake batter by beating the egg and mashing the banana with a fork.

  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed banana, beaten egg, flour, and baking powder until well combined.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan and, if desired, add a tiny amount of coconut oil for frying.

  4. Use a spoon to pour the batter onto the pan, forming small pancakes.

  5. Sprinkle some chocolate pieces on top of each pancake.

  6. Cook each side until they turn golden-brown.

  7. Transfer the cooked pancakes onto a plate.

  8. Serve the pancakes with your favorite yogurt and some banana coins.
