Corn Fritters

Ingredients

  • 75 g flour - used anita’s certified gf (1/2 cup+2 tbspn)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 115 ml milk (1/2 cup)
  • pinch sugar
  • 1 can cream corn - 398 ml (14 fl oz) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • green giant creamed corn is gluten free. i have had symptoms with other brands. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs and milk

  2. Add to the dry ingredients and lastly add the whole can of corn

  3. Stir in well and pour 1/4 of a cup of mixture into a hot well oiled pan

  4. Cook about 1

  5. Mins per side at medium to high heat

  6. Makes 14 fritters
