Corn Fritters
Ingredients
- 75 g flour - used anita’s certified gf (1/2 cup+2 tbspn)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 115 ml milk (1/2 cup)
- pinch sugar
- 1 can cream corn - 398 ml (14 fl oz) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- green giant creamed corn is gluten free. i have had symptoms with other brands. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Preparation
Beat eggs and milk
Add to the dry ingredients and lastly add the whole can of corn
Stir in well and pour 1/4 of a cup of mixture into a hot well oiled pan
Cook about 1
Mins per side at medium to high heat
Makes 14 fritters
