Flourless Quark Pancakes with Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 medium eggs
  • 120 ml milk
  • 60 g quark (20% fat)
  • 2 packets vanilla pudding powder
  • 20 g sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • sunflower oil

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients in a medium bowl with a whisk

  2. Lightly grease and heat a non-stick pan

  3. Pour the batter in portions and cook until golden on both sides

Serving

  1. Serve plain or with jam, powdered sugar, and fresh berries

Tips

  1. Tastes good without sugar in the batter. If you don't want to give up on particularly sweet toppings, you can also completely omit the sugar in the pancakes
